How do you qualify?
- Bought raw pork for personal consumption between June 28, 2014 and June 30, 2018.
- Bought things such as raw bacon, pork chops, ribs, pork loin, pork shoulder, or pork belly.
- Made the purchase indirectly - basically a normal consumer buying pork from a grocery store or retailer rather than directly from a pork producer.
